Pumpkin Steak with Sauerkraut Recipe
An unusual vegetarian dish. Very easy to prepare.

Cook Time 40 minutes
Instructions
Cut the pumpkin into 1-1.5 cm wide pieces.
For marinating: add olive oil, salt and grated nutmeg.
Fry on the grill, put in the oven for 5-7 minutes, (I like to have a little crispy crust inside).
Sauce: heat cream, add curry, salt and boil.
You should get a bright yellow color.
Put out the cabbage, add only salt and pepper.
Garnish with a sprig of thyme and season with sauce. The dish is ready.
