Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 100 gram Crab sticks
- 100 gram Sea cabbage
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut crab sticks into strips.
- Cucumber is also cut into strips. In the original recipe, as you can see, 3 cucumbers are used, but small in size. I took one, but a rather large cucumber. I've had enough.
- Take 100 g of pickled seaweed, I have canned seaweed salad (also in onion, salt, oil, vinegar). That's why I had 1 tablespoon of oil, and olive oil, less lemon juice, and I did not salt the salad. Mix crab sticks, cucumbers and seaweed. Prepare the salad dressing - mix the oil, garlic squeezed through a garlic press, lemon juice and salt (to taste).
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
