Red Bean Salad Recipe
Delicious, healthy and bright vegetable salad with red beans can be a great addition to lunch or dinner.A huge advantage of salad is the ability to cook it very quickly. The cooking time is no more than 15 minutes, and the salad is prepared from the simplest ingredients. Suitable for a lean menu.
Ingredients
- 200 gram red bean
- 200 gram Cucumber
- 200 gram Tomato
- 100 gram Green olives
- 70 gram Onion red
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cut the vegetables: cucumbers in cubes, tomatoes in medium slices, onions and herbs are crushed. Mix all the vegetables, add the canned beans (Canned beans must first be thrown into a colander to drain the liquid, and wash) and olives. 2. Salt, add oil and mix everything well.
