Rice Snack Recipe
A very tasty snack. I really liked this idea.

Instructions

Boil the rice in water in a liquid ratio of 1:1, as on sushi, let it cool.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater together with garlic, chop the greens.
Stuff the rice with the cheese mixture and roll the balls.
