Ingredients
Base:
- 4 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 400 gram Cookies any crumbly
- 250 ml Water or less
- 2 tablespoons Sugar or to taste
- 0,3 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
Cream:
- 50 gram Coconut shavings
- 180 gram Butter room temperature
- 0,3 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 120 gram Sugar powder
Instructions
- I've got 3 kinds of cookies based-milk biscuits, but it does not matter.
- Shredded in 2 steps in the shredder.
- Pour cocoa and vanilla into the cookies.
- Pour in normal boiled water at room temperature. First 200 ml, then pour in a spoonful, it may not go all.
- Mix, taste for sugar and add, if necessary, it all depends on the type of cookie.
- Begin to grind a spoon into a homogeneous mass.
- I used a silicone Mat, covered it with a baking sleeve and began to press the mass of cookies in an even layer.
- Then I rolled it with a plastic rolling pin that doesn't stick.
- For the cream, add pieces of butter and vanilla to the powdered sugar. Powder I prepare myself in a coffee grinder immediately jar.
- Coconut crushed in a coffee grinder, too, to make the cream more tender.
- RUB thoroughly.
- Transfer the cream to the base.
- Spread evenly with a spatula.
- Lift the film and begin to fold.
- I use a spatula to help separate it from the film.
- Roll the roll on coconut shavings for decoration. Wrap in the same cling film and put in the refrigerator overnight or freezer for quickness.
- Here is such a long roll turns out.
- Cut into pucks.
- Serve with coffee.
- Before serving, you can arrange the pieces on a plate, tighten the film and send to the refrigerator.
