- 200 gram Beef (boiled)

- 200 gram Cucumber (fresh)
- 200 gram Tomato (fresh)
- 100 gram Onions (pickled )
- Salt (to taste)

- Method of preparation: Let's first marinate the onion - cut into thin half rings. Onion marinade: 9% vinegar - 2 tsp.; sugar - 1 tsp.; salt - 1/4 tsp.; chilled water - 2 tsp. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cucumbers, tomatoes, beef and ham cut into thin strips, and nothing else. Cut all the products and leave them on separate plates. While nothing is mixed, add a little salt and let it stand for 15 minutes, be sure to let the juice drain, otherwise you will get not a salad, but porridge. It is necessary to mix immediately before serving, so the salad will retain its appearance. As you know, cucumbers and especially tomatoes are a very delicate product in this regard. So, drain the juice, lightly pressing it with your hand so that all the excess is gone.
- Now you can combine all the products – meat, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions - squeeze and add to the salad with pepper and salt (to taste).
- Mayonnaise – just a little bit, the salad will be very juicy anyway. If you cook a lot of dishes, and not just one salad, it is better to prepare everything in advance and put it in the refrigerator, and mix only before serving.
