Salad of Zucchini with Nuts Recipe
A salad of seasonal vegetables-young zucchini / zucchini is useful as a quick snack or an addition to dinner. Feel free to go on a picnic!

Instructions
Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut it as you like along with the skin. I cut the circles and cut them in half, but you can also use cubes.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put the slices in one layer, fry.
Turn over and fry a little on the other side.
Break walnuts or chop them with a knife, fry in a dry frying pan.
Squeeze garlic into warm zucchini, season with salt and pepper.
Add the greens. Of the fresh greens, only onions remained, dried parsley - 1 tsp.
Add a handful of nuts and mix. I also wanted to add chili by cutting a few pieces from the pod.
Spread on salad bowls, sprinkle with oil.
