Salad "Spanish" Recipe
Salad in Spanish, it's really light, low-fat, very original. To make it easier. Spanish dry red wine goes well with this salad!

Cook Time 25 minutes
Instructions
Clean, wash, and dry the mushrooms. Then cut into thin slices.
Drain the liquid from the jar of olives (do not pour it out!!!) in a separate bowl. Put the mushrooms in it and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the olives into slices.
Mash the cheese with a fork.
Slice or tear the salad with your hands.
Mix all the ingredients with the mushrooms, pre-drain the brine.
Season with olive oil. Salt is not needed!
