Salad with Arugula and Sun-Dried Tomatoes Recipe
A very popular Italian salad. Very tasty and even dietary. I cook this for myself almost every day. Of course, I will not reveal anything new to many with this recipe. And someone will see such a simple combination of products for the first time and decide to cook.

Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoons Basil (dried)
- 70 gram Parmesan
- 100 gram Arugula
- 6 pieces Dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the arugula.
- Cut tomatoes into cubes.
- Grate the cheese into thin slices.
- Add tomatoes to the arugula, chop the cheese into strips, mix well. Add salt, dried basil and season with olive oil.
