Ingredients

- 1 jar bean canned
- 1 jar Corn (canned)
- 1 piece Red sweet pepper
- Champignons canned
- 1 piece Onion red
- Vegetable oil
dressing
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 5 twigs Parsley
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions
- Pepper cut into strips, onion-half rings. Fry in vegetable oil 5 minutes.
- Drain the liquid from the beans, corn and mushrooms.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- For dressing. Finely chop the parsley, add vegetable oil, orange juice, vinegar, honey and mustard, beat everything well with a blender.
- Season the salad with the resulting sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes.
