Salad with Chicken Hearts "French" Recipe
I love salads with chicken hearts, as they always turn out to be "glory" and successfully replace meat salads.
I made a salad! It looks amazing!!!! Very good for a festive table. But at the expense of hearts and pineapple salad for an amateur.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Chicken hearts (boiled)
- 100 gram Pineapple (canned)
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Onion
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 100 gram Carrot (in Korean)
- Mayonnaise
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Boiled chicken hearts cut into small pieces.
- Cucumber and pineapple cut into cubes.
- Finely chop the parsley. Mix the hearts, cucumber, pineapple, onion, parsley, salt and season with mayonnaise. Put carrots on the edges.
- Ready!
