A delicious and light salad with a spicy note. Very tasty salad.

Instructions
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
Marinate, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and wine vinegar and a little basil. Leave for half an hour.
Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown.

Spread the meat on the salad.
For the dressing, combine 1 tablespoon of vinegar and soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
