Salad with Liver Recipe
Very tasty, with a delicate consistency, salad. A very simple salad.

Instructions
Beef liver (150 gr.) boil in salted water, then grate on a medium-sized grater.
Pickled mushrooms (2 handfuls) cut into small pieces.
Eggs (2 pcs.) cut into small cubes.
Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl, then add canned peas (3 tablespoons), salt the salad to taste, season with mayonnaise.
