Salad with Mozzarella and Sun-Dried Tomatoes Recipe
The salad is prepared very quickly, simply, but it has an amazing combination of dried tomatoes, mozzarella and seeds! I eat it when I'm on a diet, and not only! Satisfying and not so high in calories! I ate the salad for the first time in a restaurant.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Mozzarella
- 50 gram Dried tomatoes
- 160 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 10 gram Pumpkin seeds
- Balsamic to taste
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes into halves.
- Let the oil drain from the dried tomatoes and cut into arbitrary pieces.
- Mix everything, pour balsamic vinegar and olive oil (I prefer oil from dried tomatoes). Mix it.
- Before serving, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds (I had sunflower seeds) and, if desired, pour balsamic cream.
