Salad with Mozzarella and Sun-Dried Tomatoes Recipe

The salad is prepared very quickly, simply, but it has an amazing combination of dried tomatoes, mozzarella and seeds! I eat it when I'm on a diet, and not only! Satisfying and not so high in calories! I ate the salad for the first time in a restaurant.

  1. Cut the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes into halves.
  2. Let the oil drain from the dried tomatoes and cut into arbitrary pieces.
  3. Mix everything, pour balsamic vinegar and olive oil (I prefer oil from dried tomatoes). Mix it.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds (I had sunflower seeds) and, if desired, pour balsamic cream.
