Ingredients
Salad
- 100 gram Rice
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1/2 pieces Onion red
Dressing
- 3-4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Balsamic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Oregano
Instructions
- Put the rice to cook according to the package instructions. The cooked rice to cool.
- Peel the onion and cut it into thin half-rings.
- Peel the bell pepper and cut it into thin slices.
- Cucumber is also cut into cubes.
- For the dressing, mix all the ingredients, add to the salad, mix and you can serve!
