Salad with Seafood, Parmesan and Arugula Recipe
This easy-to-prepare salad will delight you with its complex, refined taste. I would like to note that the mayonnaise here is exactly the dressing that should be and no other, everything is very harmonious and delicious!

Ingredients
- 300 gram Sea cocktail
- 80 gram Parmesan
- 100 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 2 handful Arugula
- 50 gram Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Defrost the seafood, drain the liquid and fry for 1 minute in olive oil, season with pepper to taste. It is better to add salt after the mayonnaise, so as not to overdo it.
- Cut the parmesan into fairly large slices.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Prepare the arugula.
- Add mayonnaise to the salad and mix. If necessary, add more salt. Leave a few clean (without mayonnaise) tomatoes, arugula and parmesan to serve, put on top of the mayonnaise salad, so the salad will have a beautiful and appetizing appearance.
- Ready.
