Pour vegetable oil on a baking sheet, generously enough to cover all the zucchini.
Put each slice on a baking sheet, grease with oil, turning it over. Put in one layer and add salt.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Cool the finished zucchini to a warm state and put it on a plate directly with the oil in which they were baked.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Add tomatoes to zucchini. Add chopped garlic and chopped herbs to the same place.
Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
