Salad with Turnip Recipe
Season of vegetables. Vegetables straight from the garden - so many benefits and vitamins in them. I offer you a fresh salad of turnips, carrots and cucumbers, which is suitable for hot summer days and as a side dish to the main meat dish, as well as as an addition to the side dish.

- Vegetables from the garden. We are preparing vegetables that we will use in the salad. Carrots and turnips are grated on a medium grater. I'll use a Korean grater. Put the vegetables in the salad bowl. Cut the cucumber into strips.
- Fill with sour cream, salt. Add chopped parsley. We connect everything. You can pepper to taste with your favorite pepper.
- I'll use the salad as a side dish with chicken meatballs in tomato juice.
- A light lunch or dinner is ready! I'll sprinkle another handful of blueberries on top of the salad.
