Salad with Veal, Pepper and Gherkins Recipe
I want to offer you a very tasty and easy-to-prepare salad consisting of only three ingredients and dressing. The salad is good because it can be prepared in advance, which makes it even tastier after standing in the refrigerator, all the components are soaked with dressing. This salad is very popular with my family and friends, when I cook it, it is eaten first.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Veal (boiled)
- 270 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 220 gram Gherkins
- 170 gram Ketchup
- 80 gram Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- For this salad, I take stewed veal, after cooking, the weight of the meat is almost halved.
- Boiled veal cut into cubes across the fibers, gherkins cut lengthwise into four (or more) parts. Peppers are peeled from seeds and cut into thin strips.
- Put the chopped ingredients in a bowl, mix and add ketchup, vegetable oil, garlic, pepper and salt to taste.
- Ready.
