Sand Strudel without Sugar and Eggs Recipe
Each family has its own peculiarities of celebrating Bright Sunday. It is impossible to imagine an Easter table without a cake and painted eggs. But every woman prepares her household's favorite dishes. My three grandchildren are still eating... But anything that more or less smells like chocolate will not be missed. We have to take this into account. Such a crunchy sandy strudel will turn out with a BANG! The recipe is very simple. It's valuable!

Ingredients
- 0,5 glass Water
- 0,5 glass Vegetable oil
- 100 gram Butter
- 2,5 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 100 gram Poppy seeds I have the poppy mass
- 100 gram Jam Black currant
- 70 gram Walnuts
Instructions
- Sift the flour, add cocoa, vanilla sugar. Pour in water and vegetable oil.
- Add the soft butter.
- Knead the dough quickly. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Divide the cooled dough into two parts. Roll out directly on baking paper.
- Spread the filling, I have poppy seeds in the first case, and currant in the second. Sprinkle with nuts.
- Roll the strudel into rolls.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Cool the strudel well, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Ready! Happy Easter to everyone!
