Soft Waffles with Cranberries and Chocolate Recipe
When else to cook interesting pastries, if not for the New Year's table? Dried cranberries are great for making desserts and baking. I suggest baking fragrant homemade waffles. And you can also cook the dough with a powerful food processor. Cranberries can be added whole, and milk or dark chocolate should be pre-chopped with a knife. It turns out very tasty pastries for a family holiday tea party.

- 100 gram Margarine
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 5 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 tablespoon Cranberries
- 1 tablespoon Milk chocolate
Instructions
- To prepare the dough, you will need a chopping knife. In a bowl, break the raw eggs, add sugar.
- Melt the margarine over low heat and pour it into a bowl.
- Add baking powder and sifted wheat flour.
- Close the lid and turn the products into a homogeneous mass.
- Grind milk or bitter chocolate with a knife. Pour the chocolate into the dough and mix until smooth.
- Then pour the dried cranberries into the base and mix with a spoon. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a waffle iron or slow cooker. One waffle will need a spoonful of dough. Waffles are fried to a ruddy color. They can already be eaten warm with tea or another drink.
- Soft waffles with milk chocolate and dried cranberries will be a great addition to the New Year's table.
