Sour French Salad Recipe
The invention of the French can be considered salads. Of course, there were several similar dishes before them, but in the end they formed as a separate dish in this country. French salads are distinguished by freshness, elegance and at the same time simplicity. This refreshing and light salad is from this category!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 piece Orange
- Salt (to taste)
- 3 pieces Tomato
- White pepper (to taste)
- Allspice (to taste)
- 100 ml Cream (33%)
Instructions
- Break the lettuce leaves into very small pieces and put them on a plate.
- Sprinkle lemon juice on top of the salad.
- Peel an orange (or tangerines, like mine), remove the white streaks and cut each slice into several pieces.
- Cut the tomato into strips, after removing the seeds and juice. Put it on top of the citrus fruits.
- Add pepper and salt to the cream.
- Beat with a mixer.
- Pour the sauce over the salad.
- Ready!
