Ingredients
Salad
- 1 piece Beet
- 150 gram Daikon
- 100 gram feta cheese
- 100 gram Greens
Dressing
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 tablespoon Dressing
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil or bake beets until tender, cool and peel. Cut into thin strips.
- Peel the daikon and grate it on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens and mix. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Add ground pepper (optional) to the cream and beat until the consistency of sour cream. Add seasoning and stir. It will add a spicy taste of pickles and salt.
- Combine daikon and beets, add cream and stir. Place in glasses, top with cheese and serve.
