Spicy Tea Recipe
A pleasant drink for the cold season, delicious and warming. Very tasty tea.
Instructions
Grind pepper and cardamom in a mortar.
Cut the ginger into thin slices, break the chicken.
In a saucepan, pour the milk, add spices and ginger, warm up almost to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes (it should not boil!).
Add the tea to the milk and warm it up for another 2-3 minutes.
The tea is ready.
Before serving, strain it through a strainer, pour it into a mug and add honey.
