Ingredients
Salad
- 130 gram Squid boiled
- 70 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 piece Apple
- Allspice to taste
- Mayonnaise
Pancakes
- 2 pieces Egg
- Vegetable oil to taste
Instructions
- Boil the squid for 2 minutes, cut into strips (I did this time with canned squid, but the salad is more tender with ordinary ones).
- 2 eggs boil, cut into cubes.
- Onion finely cut, if the onion is white, it is best to pour boiling water over it to remove the bitterness, or marinate a little salt+sugar+ lemon juice.
- Cut the Apple into a small cube.
- For pancakes, beat the egg with a fork or whisk, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Cut the pancakes into strips and add them to the salad.
- Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
- Fill everything with mayonnaise, spices to taste.
- Stir.
