- 100 gram White chocolate
- 20 ml Cream

Instructions
- Take two containers and separate the whites from the yolks.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the yolks and beat with a mixer until they double in volume and lighten. Then add vanilla sugar and, continuing to beat in small portions, pour in vegetable oil in a thin stream. After the butter, add the sifted flour. And mix in small portions, then add milk, without stopping whipping.
- Beat the whites to steady peaks.
- Add the whites to the yolk mass in small portions and mix gently.
- After all the proteins are added, the dough is spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. The dough is leveled over the entire surface of the baking sheet. Put in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 20 minutes.
- We put the finished biscuit on the prepared parchment on the table, carefully remove the paper on which it was baked. While the biscuit is hot, roll it together with the parchment into a roll and let it cool completely.
- We prepare the cream. Beat the butter until it turns white. Add condensed milk in a thin stream, continuing to beat.
- Unwrap the biscuit, spread it with cream and twist. Then put it in the refrigerator.
- Melt the white chocolate in a steam bath, immediately add cream to it. Mix the chocolate and cream until smooth. Remove the roll from the refrigerator, pour over the chocolate and sprinkle with coconut chips. Bon appetit and good mood!
