Terrine "Fantasy" Recipe
I love terrines... I start cooking another terrine when my family needs cutlets. In fact, terrine is a meat casserole. More precisely, a minced meat casserole. In the filling - everything that my family loves. And you... you can experiment with other options! Ideal for hot summers, as it is very tasty when cold.

Ingredients
- 600 gram Minced meat mixed
- 200 gram Noodles boiled
- 1 piece Paprika sweet
- 200 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon Mustard in minced
- 1 tablespoon Onion
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 piece Bread stale, soaked in milk, in minced
- Seasoning in minced
Instructions
- Add onion, mustard, salt, pepper, stale bread soaked in milk and squeezed into the mixed minced meat. Mix thoroughly.
- Turn on the preheating of the oven. Grease the cake pan (terrine pan) with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (flour). Spread the filling 0.7-1 cm thick on the bottom of the mold and the walls. Fill the middle layers according to your taste.
- I had boiled noodles, paprika cut into small cubes, and cottage cheese sprinkled with Provencal herbs.
- Cover with a thin layer of minced meat and cover with foil (terrine lid). Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 *C.
- Take out the mold, drain the liquid, remove the foil. Sprinkle the terrine over the paprika cubes. Bake for another 15 minutes. in the open state. Let the terrine cool in the mold. Cut into portions and serve with cold drinks.
