The Meat in the Egg-Mustard Marinade Recipe
I highly recommend trying this marinade for baked meat. The taste of the meat is not clogged. It turns out very tasty, juicy and fragrant. A very convenient recipe for New Year's holidays. You just need to turn on the oven and send a baking sheet with meat into it for 45 minutes before serving a hot dish.

Ingredients
- 2 kg Pork neck, carbonate, shoulder blade. Can I have a Turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons Mustard
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- Pepper red chili to taste
Instructions
- Cut the meat into portions 1.5-2 cm thick.
- I prepared the marinade with the help of my assistant - a food processor. Put the eggs, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix.
- Dip each piece well into the marinade and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180*C. Place the meat in the marinade on a greased baking sheet. We put everything in the oven for 40-45 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, it would be nice to turn on the top grill with a fan.
