Spicy Cupcake with Drunk Raisins Recipe

For the dough:
- 100 ml Milk sour, can be replaced with kefir
- 2 tablespoons Semolina
- 130 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder I have with saffron, any
- 75 gram Honey
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 70 gram Butter
- 2 teaspoons Seasoning 0.5 h l of cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger or take a ready-made spicy mixture for baking
For filing:
- Sugar powder to taste

- I knew that I would bake a cupcake with "drunk" raisins, and therefore, 2 days before baking, I poured coffee liqueur over the raisins. First, I steamed the raisins, dried them with a paper towel, and then poured coffee liqueur. You can also use other alcohol. On the second day, I added a little more liqueur, as the raisins absorbed it all. We cook everything we need for the cake. I have a ready-made spicy baking mixture that you can cook yourself at home if you have the spices that I specified in the ingredients.
- I will use a food processor to knead the dough. I had sour milk, which can be replaced with kefir or sour cream. I put it in the bowl of the combine and poured semolina. I let it swell for 10 minutes. Melt the butter in the microwave for 55 seconds at a power of 800. You can melt it in a water bath.
- Then I added all the ingredients at once. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder. I'll add the raisins to the finished dough later.
- The combine coped with the test in 1 minute. First in mode #2 - 30 seconds, and then pulsate for 30 seconds. The dough is ready. The dough for the cake can be prepared by hand, sequentially connecting all the ingredients with a whisk.
- We put "drunk" raisins in it together with uneaten alcohol.
- The amount of dough is designed for a shape of ~ 18 cm. I have a 20 cm form. It's just that the cake will be thinner. We put the cake in the form. I use silicone. It does not need to be greased. We put it in the oven, preheated to t-180 C, setting the time for 40 minutes.
- After 35 minutes, I checked the cupcake "for dry kindling." The dough does not stick to the roll -ready! Let the cake cool in the mold. Focus on your oven.
- It is easily laid out on a platter for serving.
