Ingredients
Salad
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 200 gram Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1/2 bunch Dill
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- Allspice (to taste)
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Olive oils
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the onion into half rings, pour vinegar and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Pepper (I have half a red and orange pepper) and cut the cabbage into strips. Cut the cucumber arbitrarily, not very finely.
- For dressing, mix olive oil, mustard and lemon juice in a separate cup, mix.
- Put the vegetables in a suitable bowl. Drain the vinegar from the onion, rinse it under running water to remove the smell of vinegar, add to the vegetables. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Pour the dressing over the salad, add salt, pepper, and mix.
