Vegetable Soup with Celery "Lightness" Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 pieces Celery root
- 300 gram Cabbage
- 2 pieces Onion
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- Lemon juice
- Allspice (to taste)
- 2 liters Water
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage.
- Cut the celery stalks into cubes.
- Bulgarian pepper and onion are also cut not very large.
- Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes, scald with boiling water, remove the skin. Cut.
- Slice the zucchini.
- Put the cabbage and celery in boiling water. Cook, stirring, for five minutes.
- Then add the remaining vegetables to the pan and cook the soup for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- The soup is ready. When serving, pour a teaspoon of lemon juice into a bowl of soup and add chopped parsley.
