Warm Salad with Mushrooms Recipe
I saw this salad on the menu of an Italian restaurant in our city and could not deny myself the pleasure of trying it! I was very impressed with this combination, and I remembered that I also have this sauce, so I decided to try to reproduce it at home! It turned out great! Ingredients
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 200 gram Champignons
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 handful Hazelnut (hazelnut or macadamia)
- 4 tablepsoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 pieces Green Onion
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Peel the garlic clove and crush it with the wide part of the knife blade. Send it to a preheated frying pan with a little oil so that the garlic transfers all its flavors to the oil. Fry it, turning it over periodically, until golden brown and discard.
- Now send the mushrooms to the fragrant oil and fry them until tender for 5 minutes.
- Coarsely chop the nuts or crush them with the wide part of the knife blade. Put a "pillow" of lettuce leaves on a serving plate, after tearing them with your hands. Put ready-made warm mushrooms on top of the leaves. Carefully sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and nuts, pour sesame sauce and serve immediately!
