Wielkopolska Gsic Recipe
Grzic is a delicious aromatic and refreshing snack of fresh cottage cheese and vegetables, which is usually served with boiled or baked potatoes. The dish is called - piri with gzich. In Poland, grzic is also often served on rye bread in the form of a regular sandwich.

Ingredients
- 250 gram Curd
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 0.5 bunch Dill
- Salt ( to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 150 gram Cucumber
Instructions
- These are the products we need. But there are still various options, for example, radishes and green onions are taken instead of cucumber, sometimes just onions and garlic.
- Mix cottage cheese with sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste, add finely chopped garlic and dill.
- Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice.
- Mix everything well and put it in the cold for about an hour.
- Boil or bake the potatoes and serve with a grate.
