  1. These are the products we need. But there are still various options, for example, radishes and green onions are taken instead of cucumber, sometimes just onions and garlic.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste, add finely chopped garlic and dill.
  3. Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice.
  4. Mix everything well and put it in the cold for about an hour.
  5. Boil or bake the potatoes and serve with a grate.
