Baked Apples with dried Apricots, Honey, Feijoa Recipe
The aroma of baked apples, subtle notes of exotic feijoa, honey, dried apricots and cinnamon - and this is just the beginning! You brew strong, fragrant tea and enjoy a delicate, tasty, simple, and at the same time wonderful fruit dessert! This is a delicacy! And you can even in fasting, if you replace butter with olive oil.

Ingredients
- 5 pieces Apple
- 7 pieces Dried apricots
- 3 pieces Feijoa (can be replaced with a plum)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 5 gram Butter
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Cut the apples in half, take out the seed box, grease with lemon juice and honey.
- We cut the feijoa into 2 parts, make notches along the edges. Put feijoa in the middle of half of the apples, and dried apricots in the rest.
- We bake at 180 gr. about 30 min. until the apples are soft.
- Cut the rest of the dried apricots.
- We heat honey with butter and cinnamon and add dried apricots. Fry until caramelization, that is, until all moisture evaporates.
- Add decor - dried apricots to baked apples.
