Beet "Gazpacho" Recipe
A very unusual, refreshing cold soup with bright colors and aromas. It is prepared in a few minutes, very original, tasty and healthy.

Instructions
Rub the raspberries through a sieve.
Add sliced beets and mashed in a blender.

Add olive oil, water and mix well.
Our beetroot gazpacho is ready.
Cut the celery.
Pour the soup on plates, garnish with finely chopped celery and dill.
