  1. Rub the raspberries through a sieve.
  2. Add sliced beets and mashed in a blender.
  3. Add soy sauce.
  4. Add sugar, lemon juice.
  5. Add olive oil, water and mix well. Our beetroot gazpacho is ready.
  6. Cut the celery. Pour the soup on plates, garnish with finely chopped celery and dill.
  7. Ready.
