Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 glass Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- Allspice to taste
Sauce
- 1 glass Quinoa boiled
- 3 glass Spinach
- 1 glass Strawberries (sliced)
- 1 glass Blueberry
- 1 glass Tangerine (slices peeled from the film, or orange slices)
- 1/4 glass Green Onion
Instructions
- Boil the quinoa in salted water as indicated on the package. To get 1 cup of ready-made cereals, you need to cook 1/2 cup raw.
- While the quinoa is cooking, we are preparing salad dressing. We send all the ingredients for refueling into a jar, close it tightly and shake it well so that all the ingredients come together.
- Finely chop the green onions.
- Wash the spinach, dry it (tear the large spinach leaves with your hands), add the onion to the spinach and mix.
- Wash the strawberries and blueberries and dry them with a paper towel. Cut the strawberries into slices. If you have fresh tangerines, then peel the slices from the film. I used already peeled slices of canned tangerines. You can also use orange slices, but they will need to be cut into small pieces.
- Add berries, tangerine (orange) slices and quinoa to the spinach and onion. pour in the sauce, shaking it again, and gently, so as not to crush the berries, mix everything.
