Bread without Kneading Recipe

Ingredients
- 5-10 gram Yeast pressed
- 365 ml Water
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1,5 teaspoon Salt

- Take a deep cup or saucepan. Yeast and salt are diluted in warm water, sift flour. The yeast is pointed with a large spread by weight, I make 5 g, this slows down the process a little, but the taste turns out softer, you can safely take 10 g. - then the fermentation process will go much faster, and it will not affect the taste much.
- Stir for half a minute, without achieving uniformity, but just so that all the flour is mixed with water.
- Cover with a film and put it in a warm place - on the battery or on the far burner with the oven turned on (the heat rises up through the far wall and creates excellent conditions for lifting the dough).
- After two hours, put the movie on pause and start shaping bread.
- So, the dough seriously increases by 3-4 times. Take a deep frying pan (preferably thick-walled) for frying duck, brush with oil and sprinkle with flour. Now the dough. Sprinkle the table with flour, put the dough on the flour, sprinkle with flour

- In half an hour we will put the risen bread in a very hot oven. It is desirable to create steam. To do this, put a cup of boiling water on the bottom of the oven for 5-10 minutes or sprinkle 50 ml of water from a spray bottle. If you have a deep frying pan with a high lid, you can bake without steam, but under the lid, opening the mold 20 minutes after the start of baking.
- After 40 - 50 minutes, the bread is ready! We will put it on a grate or a towel folded several times, cover it with a towel and leave it to rest.
- And now we will enjoy soup, tea or milk with a piece of fresh, fragrant homemade bread.
