Burger with Spicy Shrimp Recipe

This is done in a matter of seconds, and at the picnic it will only be necessary to assemble a burger. In addition, this filling option is perfect for wrapping it in pita bread.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Shrimps
- 4 pieces Buns
- 1 bunch Arugula salad
- 4 slices Pineapple
- 1 piece Tomato
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon Mayo
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- It is better to take shrimps peeled or pre-boiled. Marinate for 10 minutes in a mixture of soy sauce and chili pepper.
- Grease the grill pan with oil and fry the shrimp on high heat for about 30 seconds until golden brown. You can put shrimp on skewers and fry on coals.
- Mix mayonnaise with a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of oil. Mix well. Brush the bun with the sauce. Lay out a slice of tomato, put a slice of pineapple on top. You can use pineapple (like mine), but it will be more convenient with a circle there. Put the arugula and shrimp on top.
