Cabbage Casserole in The Pan Recipe
Cabbage casserole in a frying pan for breakfast. Everything is simple, fast and very tasty! A new crop of cabbage in such large forks and juicy. Forks are not consumed immediately, so you have to use them where it is possible and "impossible". I offer you an excellent cabbage casserole with eggs, sour cream and cheese in a frying pan. The casserole is completely flour-free. It is suitable not only for breakfast, but also for a snack or dinner.

Ingredients
For casserole:
- 200 gram Cabbage
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 30 gram Cheese hard
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
For filing:
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage thinly and not very coarsely.
- Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. We use our hands to make it give juice.
- Squeeze the juice with the palm of your hand and transfer the squeezed cabbage to another bowl. That's how much juice I squeezed out. We won't need it!
- Break the eggs, put sour cream. Stir with a fork. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
- We send the cheese to the resulting mixture. With a silicone spatula, I evenly distribute it over the mixture. Everything is ready, we send the mixture to the frying pan.
- It is better to take a frying pan with a non-stick coating. It still needs to be oiled. I use olive oil - 1 tbsp.l. If you do not have a non-stick frying pan, you can use any, only you will need more oil. Preheat a greased frying pan D-24 cm and lay out the mixture. Spread evenly with a spatula. I turned down the fire a little more than the minimum.
- Cover with a lid and fry until the casserole catches. I checked it with the same silicone spatula.
- Take out the frying pan, do not turn off the heat and take a suitable plate with a diameter the diameter of the frying pan. The casserole should be aligned with a spatula in the center. We do not ship it if it is in a frying pan. Cover the baking tray with a plate and turn it over so that the casserole is in the plate. Then it is put back in the pan, turning it over on the non-fried side. Put the pan on the fire again and bring the casserole to readiness, covering it with a lid.
- Ready. Cut into pieces. I cut it into 4 pieces. Before serving, put 2 pieces on a plate.
- To serve. I made a casserole with chopped parsley and put sour cream, added olives. You can serve pieces of casserole, meat, sausages... etc...
- Eat up! It's amazing! A delicious breakfast in the morning will dispel the autumn blues!
