Boil the squid in salted water (from the moment the water boils, cook for 1 minute, then close the lid and leave in boiling water for 20 minutes). Drain and cool. This way of cooking squid makes them very tender. Cut a rectangle slightly larger than an unfolded crab stick, a squid carcass. Smear the squid with melted cheese and sprinkle with dill greens. Put a flattened crab stick with bell pepper on it.
Roll up the roll.
Fry the shrimp in oil with salt and pepper, roll in sesame seeds. Cut the squid and crab roll into 1.5 cm thick slices . On a skewer, string a circle of roll and put the shrimp on top.
