Ingredients
- 300 gram Mushroom
- 4 tablespons Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 3-4 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- Greens (dill - 1 bunch, parsley and celery - 1 small bunch)
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Cut the champignons into slices and pour over the lemon juice, leave for 20 minutes. Cut the bell pepper into strips, and the onion into half rings. Combine sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and peppers. Add chopped herbs, pepper and salt to taste. Season with olive oil.
