Cheese Ball "Pumpkin" Recipe
A beautiful and very tasty cheese snack in the form of a pumpkin is perfect for decorating an autumn festive table. Roll a cheese ball from a mixture of cream cheese and parmesan cheese, adding a little green onion, and shape it into a pumpkin, and to make the pumpkin turn bright orange, roll it in crushed corn sticks with cheese flavor, (for example, "Cheetos"). Serve the cheese pumpkin on a plate, spreading crackers around it, on which guests can spread a delicious cheese snack.

Ingredients
- 50 gram Corn sticks, cheese flavored
- 200 gram Cheese hard
- 200 gram Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- Black pepper to taste
- Crackers to serve
Instructions
- Put the cheese-flavored corn sticks in a food processor and chop.
- Place the sliced corn sticks on a baking sheet with sides.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, grated hard cheese (I took Parmesan cheese), green onions, ground black pepper to taste.
- Form a ball from the cheese mixture, press it down from above so that it flattens. With the tip of a table knife, swipe down along the edges of the line so that the ball looks like a pumpkin.
- Roll the cheese ball in crushed corn sticks.
- Cut off the pepper stalk with a knife and put it on top of the cheese ball in the shape of a pumpkin stalk.
- Peel the sweet peppers from the seeds and chop them.
- Serve the pumpkin-cheese ball on a plate with crackers and pieces of sweet pepper. Enjoy your meal!
