Chicken and Processed Cheese Breakfast Recipe
I love these tender, juicy and very tasty chopped cutlets. I often cook them for breakfast or as a snack for sandwiches instead of sausage. And they are perfect for any side dish or salad and will be an excellent meat dish on the festive table. Recommend.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken fillet boiled
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 piece Processed cheese
- 1 piece Green olives
- 0,5 piece Paprika sweet
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Mayo
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the boiled chicken into cubes.
- Cut the melted cheese into cubes.
- Finely chop the green onion.
- Mix all the ingredients. Add eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, mayonnaise. Mix everything together.
- Add the flour and mix again. Put 1 tablespoon of dough on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Put the finished cutlets on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Chopped chicken cutlets and processed cheese are ready. Bon appetit to everyone!
