Chicken Breast Salad with Walnuts Recipe
This salad can be replaced by everyone's favorite olivier salad, which we prepare for a festive table. The salad turns out delicious and satisfying and is prepared without mayonnaise. Walnuts give an unusual taste to this salad.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken breast
- 6 pieces Champignons
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Pickled cucumber
- 80 gram walnut
- 5 tbsp Sour cream
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Boil the chicken breast, cut into small pieces and transfer to a small bowl.
- Cut the mushrooms into small cubes and fry for 15-20 minutes, pre-grease the pan with oil.
- Cut the eggs into small cubes.
- Onions are also cut finely.
- Finely chop the walnuts.
- Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
- In a bowl with chicken, put chopped eggs, onions, pickles, nuts, fried mushrooms, salt and pepper, and season everything with sour cream.
