The salad is just great! All components are perfectly combined with each other. A lot of good things have been written about the benefits of chickpeas. This salad can be prepared on an empty stomach, when fish days are allowed. I am glad to offer you a recipe.

  2. In a bowl, mix mustard, oil and wine vinegar. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Cut the salad and put it on the bottom of the bowl, cut into slices of celery.
  4. Put chickpeas and tuna slices on the salad.
  5. Then lay out the tomatoes, pour over the sauce and garnish with basil (optional). The salad is ready.
