Chickpea and Tuna Salad Recipe
The salad is just great! All components are perfectly combined with each other. A lot of good things have been written about the benefits of chickpeas. This salad can be prepared on an empty stomach, when fish days are allowed. I am glad to offer you a recipe.

Ingredients
- Tuna (canned, slices)
- 2 tablespoons Vegeta
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 glass Chickpea (boiled)
- 2 pieces Celery root
- 1/4 pieces Lettuce leaves
- 5 pieces Cherry
- 1 tablespoon Mustard (grain)
- Salt (to taste)
- Allspice (to taste)
Instructions

- In a bowl, mix mustard, oil and wine vinegar. Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Cut the salad and put it on the bottom of the bowl, cut into slices of celery.
- Put chickpeas and tuna slices on the salad.
- Then lay out the tomatoes, pour over the sauce and garnish with basil (optional). The salad is ready.
