Chickpea Salad with Apples and Sweet Pepper Recipe
Bright, vitamin-rich, juicy, light salad! And it is incredibly delicious and healthy! I would never have thought that a chickpea salad could be delicious if I hadn't tried it. Now I cook this salad quite often. Moreover, chickpeas are a protein-rich, low-calorie product.

Instructions
- Pre-boil the chickpeas. Put it in a cup.
- Cut the carrots and apples into strips. Add to a cup of chickpeas.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix everything together. Season with lemon juice, salt and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Mix again.
- You can serve it to the table!
