Chickpea Salad with Apples and Sweet Peppers Recipe
Bright, vitamin-rich, juicy, light salad! And it is incredibly delicious and healthy! I never would have thought that chickpea salad could be delicious if I hadn't tried it. Now I cook this salad quite often. Especially since chickpeas are a protein-rich, low-calorie product.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Chickpeas
- 2 pieces Apple
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 bunch Greens
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Instructions
- Pre-boil the chickpeas. Put it in a Cup.
- Cut the carrots and apples into strips. Add to a Cup of chickpeas.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix everything together. Season with lemon juice, salt and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Mix again.
- You can serve it to the table!
