Chocolate Fondant with Pumpkin Recipe
I don't like pumpkin, but in this recipe it is absolutely unrecognizable! Chocolate cake, wet (not wet!) and delicious. A great alternative to dessert for kids who don't like vegetables that need to be eaten. Try it, and maybe you'll like it.

- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 100 gram Brown sugar
- 150 gram Flour
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
- 80 milliliters Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Soda
Instructions
- To make pumpkin puree, you need to bake part of the pumpkin (without the peel) until ready, then chop it with a blender.
- In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour and baking soda.
- In another cup, mix the eggs and sugar.
- Add pumpkin puree.
- Mix it.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the flour (I get the opposite), mix with a spatula or mixer until smooth.
- Grind the chocolate, pour hot milk.
- Stir quickly until it dissolves.
- Add the chocolate to the dough and mix.
- Grease a baking dish (ø20-22 cm) with butter, put the dough in it and put it in a preheated oven to 150 ° for 50 minutes. Remove the finished pie from the oven and cool completely.
