Peel the potatoes, wash them, and boil them in salted water. Whisk, adding butter. Let cool a little, add the egg and knead well.
Using a cooking bag and a nozzle, put mashed potatoes in the form of Christmas trees on a sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake until golden brown in a preheated 230 degree oven.
You can install an asterisk on top by cutting it out of cucumber, bell pepper or tomato.
