Cold Dessert "Peppery Apple Cream" Recipe
A very attractive and delicious dessert made from the most common products. The highlight of it is sweet paprika and pink pepper. In the original source was a cream-fresh, I replaced it with yogurt - it turned out wonderfully! Dessert with an exquisite taste! Be sure to let stand in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Ingredients
- 1 piece Apple red and juicy
- 1,5 tablespoons Sugar
- 80 ml Yogurt or sour cream or yogurt or any sour milk mix
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice I took a Limoncello
- Paprika sweet ground -I took 0.5 teaspoons oe to taste
- Pink pepper I took 10 pieces for a cream dish, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the Apple into a small cube (remove the seed pod, do not peel)
- Put the apples in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, put on a low heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add lemon juice or Limoncello to the yogurt. Mix well - if you want, then add a sweetener-I did not add.
- Spread some of the yogurt in the cremans.
- Then spread the apples with the juice. Cover with the remaining curd.
- Sprinkle with sweet paprika and pink pepper. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours-be sure!
